We are now looking for a dedicated support technician for our Broadband business area, who wants to be part of our continued growth journey by contributing to a first-class customer experience.

Our customer support consists of a dedicated team of technicians and salespeople who together are responsible for handling incidents, troubleshooting, and service requests from private customers. The focus is on delivering first-class service by quickly resolving incoming cases, providing technical support, and informing about and selling our services.

The customer support is located at our customer center in Sjöbo, where we also offer on-site support to both private individuals and businesses. We provide services in internet, TV, security, and IP telephony, as well as a wide range of products such as IT equipment, mobile phones, and broadband solutions.

About the role

In the role of support technician, you will combine technical support with sales to private customers. Your main task is to receive and manage fault reports from customers via phone, email, chat, and our case management system. You will also provide personal support on-site at our customer center in Sjöbo. The cases vary in nature, giving you a dynamic and varied workday where you work closely with our end customers.

Sales is also an important part of the role, where you inform the customer about our current services and products. This may involve presenting current campaigns for broadband services or helping customers find the right solutions, such as routers, computers, or TVs. Here you have the opportunity to combine a technical interest with a customer-oriented and advisory sales role.

Main tasks:

  • Providing technical support for our private customers, which includes troubleshooting technical problems
  • Receiving and managing cases via phone, email, chat, and customer center
  • Basic invoicing management
  • Selling, managing, and informing about Teleservice services and products to customers
  • Participating in our customer center's daily routines with unpacking goods, organizing store spaces, and attractively displaying our services and products.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and is passionate about providing a positive customer experience. You are a problem solver who is eager to take on technical challenges and has the ability to turn a customer's problem into a solution that creates satisfied and happy customers. As a person, you are social, attentive, and have an easy time communicating with both customers and colleagues.

To thrive in this role, we also believe that you have a basic technical interest where you are driven to constantly develop and learn more about network and broadband technologies.

You are unpretentious and not afraid to ask for help when something is unclear, and you are happy to step up and help colleagues when needed. With a solution-oriented attitude, you contribute to both the customer's and the team's success.

Skills and experience
  • High school education with a technical focus or previous experience we consider equivalent from having worked a few years in a similar role
  • Technically interested
  • Communicative and service-oriented
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Driving license B

It’s a plus if you also have experience working in technical support or with sales of technical products, but it is not a requirement.
